• Dan and Inesh searched for goats

  • Later captured a goat

• Nigel, Dernard and Sweeney started building a troll trap near the hill

  • Troll left hill early and found us

  • Dernard and Nigel escaped

  • Sweeney was captured and almost dragged back into the hill

  • Dernard and Nigel returned and rescued Sweeney

  • Troll fled from something it had seen in the woods

• Left the site of the ambush

  • A white stag approached our camp at night

• Examined the parchment

  • Elvish writing plus a map

  • “Stole keys to sacret/secret library ... binder of books and demons”

  • Map showed

    • Five columns in a pentagram

    • A hill in North-east with an opening, labelled “Final hiding place of Beragan ...”

• Next morning stag leaves to east

  • We follow

  • Mid afternoon it took a nap

  • We camp nearby

  • From top of tree saw a clearing nearby

• Next day went to the clearing

  • Stone slab in centre

  • More stones around it

  • We assume it’s one of the pillars of the map

• We try to go North

  • Encounter the stag again

  • It blocks our path

• Head East

  • Stag doesn’t block this route

  • Find some stones in the woods

  • Presumably another pillar

• Try to see if we can find more stones, but fail to do so

• Head north where we suspect the hill is

  • Find the hill and an opening

  • Large footprints nearby

  • Old statue of a stone in the shrubs near the entrance

• Search for alternative entrance into hill

  • Find one on the opposite side

  • Inside is a flooded area that sparkles

  • Find a skeleton buried in sand

  • Throw some meat inside and pull it back

  • Something looks wrong with the meat, but we can’t say what

• Build a raft to cross the water

  • Manage to reach the other side

  • Something in the water attacks Dan and Dernard as we are about to leave

• Escape from the flooded area deeper into the hill
